Hi, I’m Jane Rozier, the heart behind Jane Rozier Permanent Makeup & Esthetics. As a Licensed Esthetician, Licensed Permanent Makeup Artist, and Licensed Paramedical Tattoo Artist, my passion is helping clients feel confident, beautiful, and comfortable in their own skin. Beauty is personal, and I believe every treatment should be tailored to your unique goals not a one-size-fits-all approach. CANCELLATION POLICY
Our goal is to provide our clients with high-quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure all appointments are utilized, and everyone's time is respected. At the time of booking your appointment you will be asked to pay a deposit of $50 that will be credited towards your appointment fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment this must be done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule 48 hours prior to your appointment your deposit will either be refunded or put towards a new appointment. If you provide less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation your deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will be considered no-show, and your deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee.
