Ombré powder brows is a popular technique used in permanent makeup to create natural and softly defined eyebrows. It involves depositing pigment into the top layer of the skin using a tattooing method, resulting in a gradient effect that starts lighter at the front of the brows and gradually becomes darker towards the tail.
